The day started off a bit warm, so we had to wait until it cooled down before we could put the boys in their monkey costumes. Here they are hanging out and just enjoying fresh air, waiting for it to cool off before we started trick or treating.

As you can see, the boys really enjoyed trick or treating. Our plan was originally to just walk down the street and back. However, the boys enjoyed it so much, we ended up staying out for over two hours on Halloween.
By the end of the night, the boys decided to help daddy with his drink.

The boys enjoying their loot. We let them each open one bag of candy. Funny thing is they were more interested in playing with the candy than actually eating the candy.
Fortunately, the boys are still at the age where they forgot about the candy by the next morning once we hid it.It was all great fun though. We are already thinking up ideas for next year's costumes.
