So the boys are now old enough to participate in the community soccer program for 4 and 5 year olds and this past Friday was their first game. Here are some pictures from that game.
Here they are listening to instructions from coach. Everyone had to introduce him or herself then say his or her favorite thing to do. Remarkably, after the first child said it, all but one child said their favorite thing to do was "play soccer." The one child who came up with something different? Christopher, who said, "playing around at home."

After working on drills, there was a brief brake for drinks, then two fifteen minute halves of soccer.

So the boys had a great time, and as Christopher said, "although we didn't win, at least we got some exercise!"

..When C said, "they" that was the other team? That's very insightful of him.
hmmm...oops, it should have been "we" not "they." Unfortunately, "our" were not the victorious ones. Not sure how C even knew who won.
You got some really great action shots. They look like pros already! :)
