Robin's 20th High School Reunion coincided with the Sedgwick Fall Festival, which has a parade and a carnival. Unfortunately, on that day, a cold front came in and since the boys are true Floridians, we had to make sure to bundle them up since anytime it gets below 80 degrees they start complaining about the cold.
Here they are bundled up in the first layer.
Once you add a jacket and blanket, they were almost warm. Keep in mind, it was probably about 60 degrees out, but the way they acted, you would have thought there was some kind of snow storm.
Here comes the parade!
One of the features of the parade is that they throw candy on at the children. They boys weren't sure at first how to respond, but they quickly got into the act of picking up the candy.

Needless to say, the boys got lots of candy when this float came by.

Christopher takes a slightly more aggressive approach to the slide than Nathan does.
The pony ride was pretty neat.
And then there was the miniature fire truck. The driver was really nice. We walked up after the truck was full for what was supposed to be the "last ride." He saw the boys and whispered that he would take us, so after he got back we had a private ride.

So once they warmed up, the boys really had a great time!
