The boys had a busy weekend. Saturday we took them to the park that is in the front of our community and they got to experience swings for the first time, which they seemed to really enjoy.

Unfortunately, we underestimated the temperature at 1:30 pm so it was a short trip. Next time we will plan better so that they get to try to go down the slides too.
Later that evening, the boys got dressed in their new Gator t-shirts to cheer on Florida against Kentucky.

As you can see, they were very excited as the Gators played a nearly perfect first quarter and jumped out to a 31-0 lead, which effectively put away the game.

Unfortunately, in the third quarter, Florida QB Tim Tebow got hit hard and was knocked out of the game. Nathan wasn't too pleased with this.
Nathan calmed down though once he found out Tebow is okay, although suffering from a slight concussion. Ok, well maybe the boys didn't really stay up to watch the Florida/Kentucy game until the third quarter. They did get to "watch" kickoff though. On Sunday, we met up with Valerie and her husband for brunch at the boys' favorite restaurant...Blackstone Grille. We are very thankful for Valerie. She has been with us for almost one year!
That evening, Robin decided to clean out the boys' closet since she had found lots of new clothes for them at a big consignment sale. While sorting through their old clothes, we found some stuff that they have not had an opportunity to wear yet and decided it would be fun to let them try on something new. Initially, Nathan didn't seem too pleased with this decision.
However, we decided it was nice out so it would be fun to take them outside to take pictures. As you can see, this pleased Nathan.
As you can see, Christopher really enjoyed getting out for fresh air too.
Here is Christopher strutting his stuff.
We even got them to play on the lawn for a bit, although they didn't really like walking on grass.

I like these pictures especially the outdoor ones.
May I ask though, why there is a whole strip of wetness starting from Nathan's shirt to his shorts?
