Chicago - Part I

This summer we took a trip to Chicago.  It was the boys first experience in a big city and public transportation.  When we arrived and went out to get a cab, the boys hesitated on getting in because it didn't have any car seats.  They were comforted though once we got in the back with them.

After checking in to the hotel we decided to try something that Chicago is known for...deep dish pizza, so we made a stop at Gino's East Pizzeria.

Christopher was a little tired from travel and was a little less than cooperative at dinner.

The boys got a kick out of the fact that you could write on the wall.  If you look closely, you might be able to see their name where Nathan is pointing.

Finally the pie arrived.  This was a "small" and we still weren't able to finish it.

Yummm.

Will had to attend a conference so we got to stay at the Marriott in downtown Chicago on the Magnificent Mile.  Looked great from the outside, and it was in a great location and had a Starbucks in the lobby, but a 200 sf room probably isn't ideal for two 3 year olds.  Yes, you can say that we are spoiled by the big suites available in Orlando for really reasonable prices.
