One of neatest parts of Chicago was the availability and variety of transportation. We took a cab from the airport to the hotel, but during the week the boys also got to experience a bus, a train, and a ferry...in addition of course to the plane we took to get to Chicago.
Here we are waiting for the bus on our way to Lincoln Park Zoo.
You will note the boys are wearing jackets. Even though we were there the last week of June, the boys are true Floridians and anything below 80 is considered cold.
We were pretty impressed with the zoo, especially considering its free!

The polar bear exhibit was probably one of the most impressive.
He sure enjoyed showing off to the crowd.
Naturally, when in Chicago shopping is invovled so stopped by one of the malls after the zoo. Somehow we managed to find a Lego store.
Needless to say, we spent a considerable amount of time there.
