Chicago Part III

While we were in Chicago, we were able to visit some family who lived out in the suburbs. 

Here we are on the train.  Considering it was a two hour ride, the boys did really well.  It wasn't until the last 20 minutes or so before they started getting a little hyper and fortunately by then, the train was mostly empty.  It was well worth the effort though to spend some time with family.

Here are some pictures from atop the John Hancock building...the second tallest building in Chicago.  The Sears Tower...now known as the Willis Tower is the tallest, but they also charge just to go to the top to check out the view.  At the John Hancock building, they have a bar at the very top where you can check out the view while you get some drinks.  Pretty easy decision where to go.

The boys really enjoyed their non-alcoholic daquiri...well, non-alcoholic as far as we know.  They sucked it down so fast that we didn't get a chance to taste it to make sure.  They did sleep well afterwards.

One of the nights we went to Billy Goat Tavern for dinner at the Pier.  Cheezeborger!  Cheezeborger!

We sat outside and Chicago lived up to its name as the Windy City so here is Nathan cuddling to stay warm.
